For women only.

Imagine waking up to your best-feeling self. This retreat will create a sense of sweetness in your body as you develop the ability to sense and feel the bones, muscles, and motions of your pelvis—an important power center for women. Through the Franklin Method of Imagery and yoga poses, you will hone both the mental and physical awareness of the bones and muscles of your pelvis and how they move. As a result, feel younger and enjoy the benefits of

  • Relaxed hips and back
  • A greater connection with your breath
  • An expanded sense of presence in your body
  • Increased sexual response
  • Softness in the neck and shoulders
  • A renewed awareness of your sacred feminine self.

Learn exactly what core strengthening is and how to do it, including how to work with the iliopsoas and the diaphragm, the major physical players in creating your sense of self. This workshop is entirely experiential. You will work with the body and mind in tandem, moving your body while expanding your mind through imagery, awareness, and humor.
