Can you learn to be happier? Absolutely! Author of Being Happy, Tal Ben-Shahar taught the most popular course at Harvard University—Positive Psychology, the study of optimal human functioning. Come find out how the “happiness class” can help you enhance your general well-being, self-esteem, and motivation.

Integrating theory and practice, East and West, philosophy and psychology, you’ll learn how to use the most effective tools available to feel more connected, fulfilled, and, yes, happier. The focus of the program will be on enhancing self-acceptance, self-esteem, motivation, and general well-being.

You’ll leave with a set of principles you can begin to use right away.
