Program Details

Are you looking for an innovative way to eliminate persistent muscular pain? Using Craig Williamson’s muscular retraining exercises and alignment techniques (done on the floor, sitting, standing, and walking), you will learn to improve your mind-body awareness and explore the painless and natural way your body is meant to move.

By the end of this 5-day program you will be able to

  • Release muscle contractions and change movement patterns that are limiting your flexibility and/or causing pain
  • Feel exactly how the “core” muscles affect your alignment, movement, and carriage
  • More clearly sense the support of gravity as you breathe, sit, stand, and move
  • Apply your kinesthetic and spatial awareness to relax more deeply.

This workshop will help you learn to move with ease, carry yourself with poise, and take home practical tools for pain-free living.
