This weekend, Cyndi Lee offers a path for developing clarity, strength, and stability in your yoga practice and your life. What do you need to get started? The body and mind that you have today! You can begin just as you are.
OM Yoga practice integrates flowing asanas with precise alignment and mindfulness meditation. Cyndi’s creative and logical sequencing helps to unlock poses you might have thought were out of reach. Meditation practice helps you see and release negativity and fear.
Sessions include standing and balancing poses, twists, and hip and shoulder openers, all complemented with delicious stretching, restorative postures, nourishing pranayama, meditation, Q&A, and discussion. Return home with a new attitude and powerful tools to transform your world.
