Program Details

For all men; no yoga experience necessary.

Recharge, rejuvenate, and reconnect in a unique men’s program that blends yoga practice, relaxation, meditation, and healthy living. Rudy’s “gentle and deep” approach to yoga instruction masterfully guides you into poses and movements that release chronic tension, dissolve energy blocks, and help you let go of chronic stress patterns.

In this men’s weekend gathering, explore and experiment, crafting strategies for an inspired methodology to personal practice, relationships, work, health, and self-mastery. During the workshop,

  • Discover an approach to yoga that is easy and pleasurable
  • Untie the web of knots that bind physical, emotional, and mental vitality
  • Learn a yoga sequence that can successfully launch your regular at-home practice.

All aspects of this program are at your own pace and ability. Rudy teaches how to cultivate qualities of being through a gentle and meditative yoga practice. The perfect introduction for beginners, Rudy’s approach is accessible to all bodies, even those that are tight, sore, injured, or have other limiting conditions.
