For everyone.
Self-care becomes increasingly essential as we face the challenges of our time. Rather than depending on external circumstance to govern our lives, we can learn to source ourselves from a wealth of inner potential.
For 47 years, Continuum has explored the astonishing potency of the fluid system that courses through our bodies as cerebro-spinal and synovial fluid, blood, lymph, and extra-cellular matrix. This fluid stream functions like the umbilical cord of an embryo, supplying bio-cosmic nourishment.
In this workshop, we enter into the play of life by learning to inhabit the language of this extraordinary nourishment through its movement. The choreography of living systems is expressed in cellular movement, the universe communicating to us through its flowing expression. We enter this vast domain through the use of vocal sounding that penetrates into the depths of our bones. The inherent potential of the human body becomes increasingly available as we learn to invoke the streaming elegance within.
