How do you develop the capacity to meditate? In Kundalini Yoga, in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan, you use sound, silence, and the challenge of different postures to train the mind and stabilize the Self. This workshop with Gurucharan Singh, author of 21 Stages of Meditation, and Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa, a lead Kundalini trainer and expert on yoga, meditation, and creativity, offers practical tools to begin or enhance your meditation practice and increase awareness, happiness, creativity, and connection.

The program takes you on a journey through two of the three dimensions of the Self. The first opens your heart and gives you a still, strong presence. The second brings your unique presence and creativity into all the roles you play. Beginning and advanced students and teachers from all backgrounds are invited to increase their understanding and appreciation of this exceptional meditative process as a conduit to the depth of the Self.
