Between stimulus and response, there is a space,
In that space lies our freedom and our power to choose our response,
In our response lies our growth and happiness.

—Anonymous

The freedom we have to choose how we respond is one of the greatest gifts we have been given. We can become the product of brilliant and lighthearted decisions, but only when we engage in intentional choices centered on creating meaning from our personal circumstances. In this mentally and physically active weekend, you will

  • Discover your “want power” and how to access it instead of your “won’t power”
  • See yourself with perspective, from a distance, and with humor
  • Learn to redirect your attention from the “problem” to using your strengths to create possibilities
  • Explore strategies that will help you become a healthier, happier, more fulfilled individual
  • Become more aware of how exercise, nutrition, and our thoughts connect to how our bodies and brains perform.

Together, we will experience all the above by being playful, laughing, and having fun—one of the greatest antidotes to stress. Loretta and Sue will be joined by Kelly MacFarland, who will share hilarious stories and wisdom from her time on NBC’s The Biggest Loser.

Note The weekend will offer limited opportunities for additional one-on-one coaching with Loretta.
