For all levels.
In our fast-paced age, it’s easy for the psyche to get overloaded. When stress, depression, addictive behaviors, panic attacks, and insomnia have become a way of life, how do we sustain our heartfelt commitment and spirit as caretakers, service providers, first responders, parents, or teachers? How can we live in a state of steadiness and refill our capacity to be kind and present to those in need?
The precision of Kundalini Yoga and meditation enables us to strengthen our nervous system and develop the inner determination needed for greater emotional flexibility, stamina, and clarity. This training teaches us how to sustain compassion, courage, and resilience.
Founded in 1973, SuperHealth is the first yoga-based specialized hospital for substance abuse and mental-health disorders accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, an arm of the American Medical Association. The SuperHealth approach can help us discover that, in serving others, there is nothing more precious than self-healing.
