If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it.
—Yogi Bhajan
Yogi Bhajan, master of Kundalini Yoga, arrived in the United States in 1969 with the stated purpose of creating teachers, not gathering disciples. Now you can experience this Level One Aquarian Teacher training program with two of the leading trainers in the Kundalini Yoga tradition. You will
- Learn the fundamental principles, practices, philosophy, and origin of Kundalini Yoga
- Develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga postures, kriyas, and meditations
- Explore yogic and Western anatomy
- Practice teaching Kundalini Yoga in a practicum setting and participate in early morning spiritual practices
- Gain knowledge and self-confidence to make a difference in yourself and the world around you.
This is a four-segment, 220-hour course that includes 180 hours of classroom instruction. For certification, you will need to attend an additional 20 Kundalini Yoga classes, one White Tantric Yoga course, and be recommended by the lead trainer for certification.
