For everyone interested in doing deep emotional work and learning a profound Buddhist meditation practice.
A “demon“ is anything that plagues or blocks you-—fears, illnesses, PTSD, eating disorders, addictions, depression, anxiety, or just your run of the mill “stuff.“ This training explores practices in the lineage of the eleventh-century Tibetan yogini Machig Labdrön as presented in Tsultrim Allione’s national best-seller Feeding Your Demons. It pairs intensive demon work with teachings from the Great Mother of Transcendent Wisdom (PrajñaParamita) on our own true nature, including insight on the nature of mind.
Learn the practice of feeding demons rather than battling or conquering them, as you move from a paradigm of fighting to one of nurturing your shadow, with the ultimate goal of moving beyond the dualistic struggle. This practice offers the opportunity for deep healing and integration. Lama Tsultrim Allione’s book describes the process in detail, and this workshop gives you the chance to receive personal guidance in the practice.
