Remember when you wrote your first book at age five? Remember the drawings you did when you were eight that were so expressive? Or maybe it was dancing that gave you that lightness of being, that powerful connection to something bigger than your tiny self.

So what happened? You grew up. You got a job, a house and kids, a mate and a mortgage. Pursuits that were once your first nature became hobbies, or maybe you dropped them completely. Maybe you haven’t written a word since seventh grade when the teacher marked your paper with more red than there were words. Perhaps you haven’t danced a step since you overheard your aunt saying that you were too fat to dance.

This workshop will bring you back to the beginning, before judges, evaluations, or people telling you that you could never be great, oiling the creativity machine so you can remind yourself to return to what your soul came here to do in the first place. You will laugh, cry, and write your heart onto the page. And this time you will not forget.
