Come to the Berkshires this August and create memories that will last a lifetime. This summer workshop, specifically designed for parents and teens ages 12-18, offers an amazing opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, practice yoga, laugh, and deepen your connection to one another.
Spend a magical weekend together canoeing, hiking, sitting by the campfire, and practicing yoga (perhaps for the first time). In this workshop you will

This is the perfect opportunity to spend meaningful and precious time together outside the pressures of your normal routines.
