Rudy Peirce takes a gentle approach, infusing his sessions with humor and warmth as he invites you to go at your own pace in this ultimate “chill-out” yoga program. Rudy is known for his clear and caring instructions, skillfully breaking postures into developmental increments that provide an accessible yoga experience for every body.

A deep yoga practice doesn’t have to be intimidating, discouraging, or painful. Rudy’s encouraging approach guides you to

  • Breathe deeply again
  • Find out how to avoid pushing too hard or too far
  • Deepen your practice and learn new postures
  • Strengthen concentration and focus
