Program Details

For people with at least 2 years of yoga experience who are able to swim in lake water.

Experience the freedom of an outdoor classroom, the sensation of a floating yoga mat, and the holistic benefits of a harmonious yoga practice. Float Your Yoga is a unique stand up paddleboard (SUP) blend of movement, balance, strength, and the playfulness of one of the world’s fastest-growing water sports.

  • A mindful connection to the outdoors and the rhythms of nature

  • A playful arena to laugh, love, and awaken your inner child.

This transformational weekend invites you to step outside your traditional yoga setting and explore the sensation of walking on water.

Note Stand up paddleboards and all safety equipment are provided. All participants must wear life vest packs when on the water.

CE Credits
This program is eligible for
  • 8.5 credits for Yoga Alliance (YA), $20 additional charge
