Five-Element Yoga is rich soil for cultivating a living experience of the elements within us. This program draws from Ayurvedic and yogic traditions, exploring the five elements and their corresponding chakra energy centers through breathing, yoga postures, hand mudras, and the healing practice of yoga nidra (yogic sleep).

Earth, water, fire, air, and ether are traditionally considered to be the building blocks of your body, energy, constitution, and everything in existence. Balancing these elements with yoga allows your natural constitution to come into perfect harmony and flow with life so that you can enjoy increased health, happiness, and inner peace.
