People are always telling us not to get emotional, but did you know that your emotions contain your capacity to set effective boundaries, the ability to communicate and relate with others, and the power to heal psychological wounds? This week, empath Karla McLaren shares with us the genius of each emotion and teaches specific skills to help identify, welcome, honor, and work with all of them.

You and your emotions will experience a safe and welcoming “empathic sleepover camp.” You’ll learn empathic practices to help you define, ground, and center yourself in a hectic and non-empathic world, and specific ways to skillfully engage with every emotion you experience. Special activities will include

  • A shadow walk to help you learn to deal with hatred
  • A grief ritual to help you mourn your losses
  • Emotion Theater, a fun opportunity to act out emotions with the help of other empaths.

Come and get emotional with Karla—safely, enjoyably, and with support!
