Full Bio & Programs

This was an incredibly transformational program. I am a dancer! I am a YogaDance instructor! In all my life I never thought I would be able to say these words The graduation ceremony was more meaningful than my own wedding!—Judith S., Florida

If you can take a brisk walk, have a fair amount of energy, and are ready to experience the dance of your own creativity, give yourself this gift of a lifetime. Far more than instruction to become a YogaDance teacher, this training also invites you to explore all seven chakras through in-depth personal experience. You will dance the yoga of the wild and the woolly, the sexy and the silly, the deep and the delicious.
Accompanied by fabulous world music, you will move through each of the energy centers of your multidimensional self, finding profound joy and healing along the way. From the grounding force of the first earthen chakra to the unvoiced prayer of body, mind, and spirit embodied in your highest center, you will be refreshed, rejuvenated, and at home in yourself.
To become a fully certified YogaDance teacher, you must take both Level 1 and Level 2 consecutively. Level 1 is also open to people who simply want to experience five days of YogaDance at its best. When you successfully complete the training requirements at the end of Level 2, you will receive Kripalu YogaDance Teacher certification.
