For everyone with a moderate to advanced fitness level—strong bodies ready for a vigorous workout.

Core Fusion is a transformational mind-body fitness experience that allows you to work from the inside out to consistently improve body tone and energy. The brainchild of Elisabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito of Exhale spa in Manhattan, Core Fusion has been praised by New York Magazine as one of New York City’s best fitness classes, with thousands of dedicated students.

This workshop will elaborate on the disciplines of core conditioning, Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching. You will learn how to utilize your own body weight as resistance, use standing leg and gluteus work for alignment and posture, and do floor work for core and spinal strength. Each Core Fusion class includes body shaping, sports conditioning, and injury prevention in a highly charged environment with motivating music. Every session concludes with Savasana (relaxation practice).

Among the benefits of Core Fusion are long, lean muscles; a flexible, youthful body; and a sense of peace and relaxation.
