Give yourself the gift of an established yoga practice. This retreat is specifically designed for people interested in creating and maintaining a regular yoga practice. In this workshop, you promote wellness by learning to cultivate vitality on the sacred ground of your own being.

Learn skills for revitalizing your body, deepening your breath, quieting your mind through meditation, and healing your relationships. This retreat includes

  • The four measures of a perfect yoga posture
  • Breathing exercises to support authenticity and fulfillment
  • Meditations for calming and strengthening the mind
  • Daily deep relaxation
  • The yoga philosophy essential to sustain your practice on your own.

A master yoga teacher, Randal Williams is known for the simplicity of his instructions, easy pacing, compassion, and wisdom. He offers insight and encouragement that honors individual needs and questions at all levels of practice. You will leave with yoga sequences you can practice at home for vitality and wellness, along with an effective understanding of classical yoga for contemporary life.
