For everyone.

When our experience is shaped by thought, our predominant perspective is divided into shoulds and shouldn’ts, rights and wrongs, desires and aversions. Questioning this paradigm of divided thought can give way to our natural state, the ever-present mystery of being-free of judgment, lack, fear, and separation. Nurtured by guided meditations, dialogue, and satsanga, a Sanskrit word meaning “communion with truth,” this weekend is devoted to the undivided state.

Mukti offers guidance to loosen limiting perceptions using queries such as

  • What is your essential self, not defined by thought or passing experience?
  • What is free of mental definitions and thought-created reality?
  • What habits of mind push this very knowing away?
  • How does the discovery of freedom transform your thoughts, emotions, and sense of self, others, and life?

You have the option of maintaining silence this weekend. Apart from Mukti’s talks and dialogues with participants, the program room and sessions are silent.

Recommended reading Mukti’s writings found at www.muktisource.org and Adyashanti, Falling into Grace (Sounds True).
