For all levels; no prior yoga experience required.

Join two dynamic and devotional yoga teachers for a blissed-out bhakti weekend. Practicing bhakti purifies your consciousness and revives your relationship with the Divine. Learn bhakti’s main ingredients: chanting, prayer, storytelling, study of sacred texts, poetry, and using the body as an instrument to connect more deeply with the Divine.

In this weekend, you

  • Cultivate time to nourish your growing soul
  • Turn your yoga practice into a space of worship and deep devotion through chanting, breathwork, and asana as moving prayer, including exciting and spirited vinyasa flow
  • Learn from the Vedas how the asanas got their names and the history and personality behind them.

Together with other love-intoxicated devotees, get ready to bring more bhakti into your practice and your life!

Recommended Reading Daniel Ladinsky, Love Poems from God (Penguin); Kamala K. Kapur, Ganesh Goes to Lunch (Mandala Publishing); Krishna Dharma, Mahabharata: The Greatest Spiritual Epic of All Time (Torchlight); Anne Lamott, Help, Thanks, Wow: The Three Essential Prayers (Riverhead).
