A solid foundation for cultivating the benefits of yoga in your life.
If you are looking to grow into a yoga practice, this week is for you. A senior-level team of teachers shares the building blocks of Kripalu Yoga in an accessible format that helps you start from the ground up. Based on principles of being present and honoring one’s individual strengths and limitations, Kripalu Yoga offers possibilities of increased balance, health, well-being, and transformation. You will take home the tools, knowledge, and inspiration—as well as helpful materials and resources—to continue the exploration and practice of yoga well beyond your experience in this program.

- Master Class: Yogic Philosophy and History
- Foundational postures
- How to arrange the postures into a comprehensive flow that you can practice at home
- Basic yogic breathing techniques
- Anatomy and yoga

- How to apply yogic principles to your life “off the mat”
Your program also includes the following:
- 50-minute Private Kripalu Yoga Session,
ask questions, design a practice - 45-minute Abhyanga-Garshana Treatment,
