Unleash your creativity, express yourself fully, and return to joyous well-being in Toni Bergins’ transformational dance, movement, and theater exploratorium. JourneyDance is a practice through which you discover your own divinity as well as the wisdom of your body’s energy centers. You will learn to dance authentically, create an artistic manifestation of your dreams and visions, open your heart, and honor your life.

This program blends dance, theater improvisation, playback theater, tableau work, and authentic movement. Toni leads an empowering dance through the chakra system in which you activate your own power, sensuality, and innate wisdom. You will practice specific theatrical techniques designed to strengthen your ability to manifest the life you desire. Incorporating breath, movement, sounding, and music, the workshop will also include

• Playful games and laughter
• Chant, song, and free singing
• A visual art collage to continue your focus at home.

This celebration of body and spirit is open to everyone.
