Marshall Hagins

Marshall Hagins, PhD, has published more than 30 peer-reviewed articles in the areas of dance medicine, sports injuries, ergonomics, and yoga, and has been principal investigator or co-principal investigator on three grants from the National Institutes of Health. His recent research focuses on the efficacy of yoga for hypertension and the psychosocial and academic benefits of yoga in schools. A former professional dancer, he holds a physical therapy degree and a doctorate in biomechanics and ergonomics from New York University.
