Bonnie Gintis

Bonnie Gintis, DO, is an osteopathic physician, Continuum teacher, meditation and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, author, and podcaster who has been living in relationship with metastatic breast cancer for more than 14 years. She synthesized her approach to transformative self-care through decades of study, practice, teaching, and application of all her areas of immersion to her own life. Bonnie retired from private practice in 2009 and now devotes herself to teaching, writing, and exploring new ways to foster health and well-being. Author of Engaging the Movement of Life: Exploring Health and Embodiment Through Osteopathy and Continuum, Bonnie is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and has taught the embodied movement and awareness practice called Continuum, meditation, and osteopathic principles and practices worldwide.
