Kristin Pancavage, BA, RYT, was first introduced to yoga during her second pregnancy. She was amazed at how her growing body was relieved of tension and, as a result, her mind was able to come to stillness. Post-baby, she fell in love with Power Yoga and vinyasa flow, which got her back into shape quickly and surprised her with inner peace and bliss. She felt a calling to learn more about her love of the mat, receiving her 200-hour teacher training through Sacred Rivers Yoga. Kristin shares her excitement for the power and possibilities of yoga with students of all ages and levels.
