Jan Sinatra

Jan Sinatra, RN, MSN, PCLN, APRN, is a former cardiac-rehabilitation nurse with experience in critical coronary care, intensive care, pain management, weight management, orthopedics, and exercise stress testing. She received her master’s degree in Psychiatric Liaison Nursing from Yale University School of Nursing and had a private psychotherapy practice specializing in emotional concerns of cardiac patients. Jan is also trained in Gestalt and Bioenergetic psychotherapy. She is contributing editor for Dr. Sinatra’s books, e-letters, blogs, and newsletters, and coauthor of HeartSense for Women and Eight Weeks to Lower Your Blood Pressure.
