Mimi Solaire

Mimi Solaire, IAYT, E-RYT 500, PRYT, Reiki Practitioner 1 and 2, began teaching yoga in 1998. Her wide range of experience and training enables her to teach many levels and styles of yoga including trauma release, restorative, yin, deep stretch, flow, prenatal, healthy backs, power, and hot yoga. She is most interested in sharing the healing benefits of yoga through yoga therapy, asana, meditation, and pranayama. Mimi presents at yoga conferences and workshops nationally. Since March 2019, she's been teaching live classes daily on Zoom to yogis nationwide.
