Terry Fralich

Terry Fralich, LCPC, JD, is a clinical counselor who has studied extensively with the Dalai Lama, other leading Tibetan teachers, and prominent Western pioneers of mindfulness. He is the cofounder of the Mindfulness Retreat Center of Maine, and has taught more than 450 seminars and trainings throughout the United States and Australia. Terry is the author of two books on mindfulness, The Five Core Skills of Mindfulness: A Direct Path to More Confidence, Joy and Love and Cultivating Lasting Happiness: A 7-Step Guide to Mindfulness. He has pursued his own mindfulness and meditation practice for more than 35 years.
