Janet Parker

Janet Parker has led seminars for more than 10,000 people of all ages and walks of life throughout the world. She facilitated the Insight Seminars for 20 years and in 1983 designed her first workshop exclusively for women. Her work draws on 40 years of spiritual practice and a rich background of study, training, and experience in Jungian psychology, awareness training, bodywork, acting, and art. In all her work she encourages compassion and forgiveness, freedom of expression, and recognition of the beauty of each person’s unique gifts.
