Diane Kovanda

Diane Kovanda, MEd, E-RYT 500, holds a master’s degree in education with a specialty in stress management. She is a trained mediator who has served the Barnstable, Orleans, Falmouth, and Salem, Massachusetts, court systems. A Kripalu Yoga teacher, Diane is the founder and director of training at Kind Yoga School in the Cape Cod area. Her yoga teaching is informed by her longtime practice of vipassana (mindfulness) and metta (loving-kindness) meditation. Diane is a graduate of the Light Body School® and incorporates teachings on the sacredness of the earth into her classes.
