Robin Appel

Robin Appel (Arula Mukti), ERYT-500, took her first yoga class at age eight while training to become a professional ballet dancer. In 1999, she began teaching yoga and founded Always-At-Aum, an organization dedicated to empowering students to make healthier decisions by becoming yoga educated. Robin is registered with Yoga Alliance, has been a Yoga Ed.™ instructor/trainer since 2004, and also holds certifications in restorative yoga, Pilates, Youth Fitness Training, and as a Reiki master/teacher. www.yogaed.com
