Timothy McCall
Timothy McCall, MD, is a board-certified internist, bestselling author of Yoga as Medicine, and coeditor of The Principles and Practice of Yoga in Health Care. He is the founder/director of the Yoga As Medicine® seminars and teacher trainings. Timothy wrote the first draft of his best-selling book Yoga as Medicine in 2004 and 2005, as a Scholar-in-Residence at Kripalu. His primary yoga teachers have been Patricia Walden, Rod Stryker, and Donald Moyer. Since 2005, Timothy has studied with a traditional Ayurvedic doctor and spent more than a year at a clinic in Kerala, India. He lives in Burlington, Vermont.
