Allison Gemmel

Allison Gemmel is a professional-level Kripalu Yoga teacher who emphasizes pranayama (breathwork) and other deep practices as vehicles for increasing aliveness. Cofounder of Handsdown Drumming, Allison leads yoga and drumming retreats and also is a drummer in the African-influenced ensemble KDZ: The Drummers at Kripalu.
