Selene Kumin Vega

Selene Kumin Vega, PhD, LMFT, is a psychotherapist in private practice, workshop leader, dancer, and faculty member at Saybrook University’s College of Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences, developing and teaching courses in the Department of Mind-Body Medicine. Selene’s work with movement and other modalities evolved over many years of teaching and creating experiential approaches to self-exploration, connection, centering, and transformation. She has published chapters on using mind-body and psychospiritual practices in the treatment of anxiety and the use of movement in psychotherapy. Selene was editor of the Spiritual Emergence Network Newsletter and is coauthor of The Sevenfold Journey: Reclaiming Mind, Body, and Spirit Through the Chakras.
