Leslie Cerier

Leslie Cerier is a cookbook author, gourmet organic caterer, cooking teacher, nutritional expert, and award-winning photographer. She holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and has taught at several universities. A pioneer and national authority on wheat-free baking, cooking with wild foods, and whole grains, Leslie has developed recipes for companies such as Green & Black’s (organic chocolate) and the Teff Company (growers and distributors of teff, an ancient grain). In addition to writing dozens of magazine articles, Leslie is the author of Going Wild in the Kitchen and The Quick & Easy Organic Gourmet, coauthor of Sea Vegetable Celebration, and editor of Taste Life!: Organic Recipes. www.lesliecerier.com
