Julie Lusk

Julie Lusk, MEd, E-RYT 500, focuses on opening, balancing, and strengthening the body-mind-spirit connection through yoga, meditation, restorative relaxation, and guided imagery.  Julie brings out the best in others through her knowledge, natural lightheartedness, and caring nature using decades of experience that inform her teaching. As president of Wholesome Resources, Julie gives retreats, trainings, and seminars at yoga centers, businesses, and to community groups. She is a gifted recording artist and internationally published author of five books including, Yoga Nidra for Complete Relaxation and Stress Relief and Yoga Meditations: Timeless Mind-Body Practices for Awakening, among others.
