Julie Lusk

Julie LuskJulie Lusk, MEd, E-RYT 500, focuses on opening, balancing, and strengthening the body-mind-spirit connection through yoga, meditation, therapeutic relaxation, and guided imagery. With more than 30 years of experience informing her teaching, Julie brings out the best in others through her knowledge, natural lightheartedness, and caring nature. As president of Wholesome Resources, which she founded in 2000, Julie presents retreats, trainings, and seminars; clients range from yoga centers to Proctor & Gamble, the American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society. She is also a recording artist and internationally published author whose books include Yoga Nidra for Complete Relaxation and Stress Relief and Yoga Meditations: Timeless Mind-Body Practices for Awakening.
