HariKirin Khalsa

Presenter

HariKirin Khalsa, MD, C-IAYT, has been serving in the healthcare profession since 1976, first as a nurse’s aide then a registered nurse who decided to go on to medical school. Midpoint into a busy career as an obstetrician gynecologist, she found yoga and meditation for her own stress reduction. HariKirin became a Kundalini Yoga teacher in her community and completed her Kundalini Yoga therapy training through the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine and Humanology in 2019. She serves as volunteer faculty for UMass Chan Medical School and is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. HariKirin has been honored to witness the triumph of the human spirit and her current mission is to empower this unique inner strength via awareness, stress reduction, and lifestyle change.
