Peggy Cappy, author of Yoga for All of Us, is the creator of the Yoga for the Rest of Us programs for PBS. She is a master at adapting yoga postures that are accessible and enjoyable for every body. Her knowledgeable and inspired approach draws on her extensive experience instructing students and yoga teachers for more than 50 years.
