Inspired by the full moon yoga classes Gloria attended as a Kripalu resident, this hour-long videotape is designed to bring women together in ritual and to reconnect them to the relationship between the lunar phases and their bodies and spirits. Filmed in White Sands, N.M., the experience begins with warm-ups and moves into a dynamic standing sequence followed by a central section devoted to exploration of the seven chakras through sounding, color visualization and postures. Gloria continually brings the focus back to the moon as it relates to alignment, energy and intention.
