Clinical Manager

Kripalu is seeking an inspired clinical practice manager for our integrative medical services. We are looking for a professional with small to medium-size practice management experience who can manage the start-up of these services, support our physicians, and develop the processes and protocols for a growing practice. The right candidate would also have experience with phone/e-mail consultative service management and systems. This position will work with the Healing Arts manager, program operations manager, and director of the Institute for Integrated Healing to integrate and implement operations and services.
Childcare Provider Part-time. Kripalu Center is looking for fun, responsible, energetic people to work as childcare providers. The ideal candidates will be imaginative and willing to entertain children with art projects, games, and innovative learning techniques. First Aid and CPR certification is required, but we are willing to train the right applicants. Responsibilities include supervising the children and maintaining order in the playroom. Must be available to work weekends and occasional evenings.
Production Support Supervisor
Full time
This position will work with a team of volunteers to ensure production support for every person who presents programs at Kripalu Center. This includes responsibility for providing professional and seamless on-site production of all programs, conferences, symposia, and evening events. The individual will play a vital role in customer service and manifesting Kripalu as a product to faculty and guests while supporting the volunteers in having a rewarding professional development experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, exhibit exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). At least two years of experience managing volunteer populations preferred.
Registration Advisor
Full-time
Provide knowledgeable information about Kripalu and its programs and housing options. Handle reservations and inquiries with excellent customer service and creative utilization of resources. Excellent customer service and phone skills and computer experience required. Must be available some evenings and weekends.
Workshop Programmer
Full-time
We are currently seeking a creative individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to cultivate and schedule transformative workshops with international faculty. Be part of a team that is responsible for over 750 programs a year. Deadlines and change are constants in this challenging and rewarding environment. Negotiating skills and proficiency with Excel required.
