Craniosacral Therapy
The therapist’s deep, sensitive touch locates blocks in the cerebral spinal fluid that surround the central nervous system. Then, through the gentle manipulation of bones and membranes, restrictions are eased and all systems flow more freely. This treatment is good for many conditions including migraines, headaches, TMJ, chronic and acute pain, arthritis, memory loss, spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, ear infections and depression. 50 minutes: $75; 80 minutes: $125
Energy Balancing
If you are feeling sluggish or overwhelmed, treat yourself to the gentle touch of a therapist’s hands. Facilitating a flow of subtle energy to areas of blockage, your therapist will focus on the major and minor chakras of the body, releasing blocked energy. The depleted areas are balanced, recharged, and reenergized. Balancing your body in this way will help your well-being, enable your body to function more efficiently, and bring you into a state of deep relaxation with a calm mind. 50 minutes: $70; 80 minutes: $115
Kripalu Master-Level Energy Work
Experience what each master-level energy therapist has to offer from their specific toolbox of the latest and most effective energy techniques. This energy work initiates a subtle process of healing and self-discovery within the emotional, physical, and spiritual realms of your essence. Our therapists are skilled in an extensive variety of Eastern and Western energy modalities to clear your energy field and aid you in accessing your inner wisdom. This treatment is the perfect way to experience a variety of techniques from our wonderful energy work healers. 50 minutes: $95; 80 minutes: $165; 110 minutes: $195
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient and sacred healing art that enables a deeply meditative and healing experience for body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is received fully clothed through a series of gentle yet powerful hand placements. Tension, stress, and pain melt away under the warm and nurturing touch of the therapist. Chakras and major systems of the body are given concentrated life force energy, enhancing the body’s inherent power to heal. 50 minutes: $70 ; 80 minutes: $115

We recommend scheduling your healing arts services 1–2 weeks in advance of your stay to ensure availability.
From outside Kripalu call: 888-738-1822, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–7:00 pm (EST) and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm (EST).
When you are at Kripalu Center you may schedule a service at the Healing Arts Desk from 8:00 am–8:00 pm daily.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your service and are greatly appreciated by our dedicated therapists.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or change your appointment time up to 24 hours in advance of your service. For same day changes or cancellations you will be charged a 50% forfeiture fee.
The Healing Arts Department at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health supports health and healing through massage, skin- and body-care, Ayurvedic treatments, lifestyle consultations, and more. Appointments are available for guests taking a program at Kripalu as well as for visitors (who may want to consider a Kripalu Day Pass).
