This hands-on immersion massage training provides you with the foundational skills and knowledge to design and deliver a full-body Kripalu massage. You will learn the techniques of Swedish massage and energy balancing to provide healing for the body and an experience of deep relaxation. With the practice of yoga and other modalities, you will develop healthy body dynamics through enhanced awareness, postures, and breathing techniques.

The Curriculum
The Essentials of Kripalu Massage provides 170 hours of foundational training toward certification as a massage therapist.
