Deborah E. Lubetkin, PsyD, RYT 200, LFYP-2, LFY Mentor, is a licensed psychologist with a private practice, a Kripalu Yoga teacher, and a certified LifeForce Yoga practitioner, mentor, and mentoring director. Deb empowers her clients to create integrative treatment plans that balance their moods both on and off the mat. She notes that integrating LifeForce Yoga and Kripalu Yoga into her life and psychotherapy practice has created remarkable shifts in the way that she moves through a session with a client, in the way clients move through the process of therapy, and how she moves through her life.
Rose Kress, E-RYT 500, LFYP-2, is a yoga therapist and the program and education director for the LifeForce Yoga Healing Institute. Through her practice of LifeForce Yoga, Rose has recovered from an anxiety disorder and chronic pain. She now brings this healing to clients and students. Rose teaches LifeForce Yoga classes, private sessions, and workshops throughout Arizona, and travels internationally with LifeForce founder Amy Weintraub to help deliver LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training programs. www.yoginirose.com
Kat Larsen, RYT, LFYP-2, is a certified yoga teacher and LifeForce Yoga (LFY) mentor who teaches at a Boston-area residential treatment center for women in recovery. Kat incorporates LFY practices into her classes and one-on-one sessions, bringing a sense of well-being and confidence to her clients and students both on and off the mat. Kat has assisted LifeForce founder Amy Weintraub in numerous workshops. A graduate of Iyengar Yoga teacher training, Kat offers private instruction, classes, and workshops in LifeForce Yoga, hatha, vinyasa, alignment-based, and restorative styles of yoga. www.katlarsen.com
