A When I met the hardheaded woman, to quote Cat Stevens, who would make sure that I would do my best and, thus, that my life would be blessed.

A Seeing truth and possibility reflected back at me in the people I work with.
Q What are you passionate about right now?
A Personal transformation, teaching, my work with the Amazonian shamanic plant-teacher ayahuasca, and my next book project.
Q What do you do in your downtime?
A Physical exercise, spiritual reading and mindful awareness practice, intimate moments with my loved ones, walking my dog, listening to classical music, enjoying nature.
