Payment
Full payment is due at time of registration and can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Personal checks and money orders (U.S. dollars): Full payment must be received prior to processing your registration. Please call the Registration Office toll free at 866-200-5203 to arrange. There is a $20 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.
Cancellations
For all programs and R&R (unless noted below)
All monies will be refunded in full (less a $50 processing fee) if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel between 13 days and 1 day in advance, a nonrefundable credit (less a $50 processing fee) will be held for one year from the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or on the workshop’s arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason.
Kripalu reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In this event, you will be given a complete refund.
For transportation: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. No refund is available if less than 3 days notice is given.
Special Cancellation Policies
Health for Life
All monies will be refunded in full (less a $200 cancellation fee) if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel between 13 days and 2 days in advance, a nonrefundable credit (less a $200 processing fee) toward a future stay at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health will be held for one year from date of issue. No refund or credit is available if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, if you do not show up, or if you leave early for any reason.
Kripalu School of Yoga and Kripalu School of Massage
Cancellation Policy Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be given according to the following schedule: For cancellations 2 or more days prior to start of program, 100% of deposit will be refunded. Less than 2 days prior to and up to completion of 25% of program, 25% of monies paid will be refunded. No other refunds or credits are available. The standard cancellation policy applies to all other charges.
Kripalu School of Ayurveda
Cancellation Policy Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be given according to the following schedule: For cancellations 2 or more days prior to start of 4-month segment, 100% of deposits will be refunded. Less than 2 days prior to and up to completion of 25% of each 4-month segment, 25% of monies paid will be refunded. No other refunds or credits are available. The standard cancellation policy applies to all other charges.
Institute for Integrated Leadership
Cancellation Policy Refunds (less the $300 nonrefundable deposit) will be given according to the following schedule: For cancellations 2 or more days prior to start of program, 100% of deposits will be refunded. Less than 2 days prior to and up to completion of 25% of program, 25% of monies paid will be refunded. No other refunds or credits are available.
